Link main form to subform

Hi. My first post. Hope someone can help me understand this. Still learning with Access!



So I have a main form called RequestsF with RequestID and I have a continuous subform called sfrmSource. There are 5 records in the subform that I want to be visible for every record of the main form. I've done this bit. The problem is when I enter data on the subform it remains the same when I click through records on the main form. When I set the Link Master and Child fields to RequestID all the records vanish from the subform.

I've attached an image of the form - it's the status tab that has the subform with the records e-book, load to learn fields etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there a RequestID field in the record source of the SubForm?

This appears to function as I would expect. It also does not match your posted screen shot so I don't know what issue you are having.
