Excel A4 print off to a Access Report single page?

Hi,



Whats the best process for achieving this please? (Access report to replicate an Excel report print off A4 single page)

Margins, size everything down, fonts, columns etc. ?

Or is there a better way?

I have a stock and waste sheet which is in Excel, all on one A4 page (See screen shot and file)

I have all the excel information in Access already, I'm now trying to create the report.

Thanks but I had worked that out and tried different settings to achieve the same sort of print off, not an easy task!

The best I have got so far is by changing the column settings to 2 or 3.

I was looking for some tips or a workarounds that anybody had come across?

What is your issue? Is the data in Access the same or is there one record per product? Are the column settings not working for you? Is this a variable number which you have to fit on to an A4 sheet regardless?

Hi All,

So far I have managed to create this report from my table of products.

My issue is that the report spreads over 4 pages, Ideally I would like to achieve the same as the excel version, 1 A4 page print off. (Worst case scenario spread over 2 pages - A4 both sides printed)

Tried changing the columns to 2 but one off column was going over the margins, I could not get it quite right after several tweaks and adjusting the settings.
