    Dependent combo box required

I HAVE TOTAL 6 TABLES. I WANT TO PREPARE A FORM WHEREIN I NEED TO PREPARE DEPENDEDNT COMBO BOX AS SHOWN BELOW.

    1. SEASON
    2. DISTRICT
    3. CROP
    4. BLOCK
    5. NFA

EACH OF THE ABOVE SHOULD BE DEPENDENT EACH OTHERS BASED ON THE CHANGES IN VALUE OF OTHER CELL. LAST CELL CONTENT THREE PORTION WHEREIN I REQUIRED TO CALCULATE SOME VALUES BASED ON THE SI AND PREMIUM RATE AS SHOWN THERE. iT WOULD BE BETTER IF WE CAN PASTE THE VALUES IN NFA TABLE SEPARATELY. ALL THESE SELECTED VALUES MUST BE SAVED IN FARMER COVERAGE DETAILS WHICH I CONSIDER AS MY MASTER DATA.

KINDLY HELP ME. I TRIED MANY WAYS WHICH I LEARNT FROM YOUTUBE VIDEOS. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO DO SO. FILE IS ATTACHED HEREWTH

Sorry I do not open attachments. In general the approach is that a combo box has a query as its record source. A query can have criteria based upon another combo box. That's it.

One common item over looked is that a combo box's record set (data) is called in when the form opens. If you want it to get updated you must specifically write a .requery statement at an appropriate trigger event.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
