Snapshot Export Question

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I can't find an answer that actually fixes this problem. I keep getting this message when I try to export a report to snapshot form: "The report snapshot was not created because you don't have enough free disk space for temporary work files. To fix this, free up disk space (for example, empty Recycle bin or delete unnecessary files.)" I have emptied the recycle bin, and deleted all unnecessary files. I have specific folders that I export these reports to, depending on what type of report it is. I used to be able to do this with no problem. Then one day I started getting that message. I can export it to some folders sometimes, and it's different folders everyday. I honestly don't know what else to do. Please keep in mind, I don't really know much about Access. Simpleton terms would be much appreciated!!!!

If there is enough free space on your hard disk, the problem could be:

1. Your Temp folder is full! Delete all the files in your Temp folder (C:\Temp or C:\WINDOWS\Temp, or C:\WINNT\Temp, depending on Operating System).

2. Invalid output file name.
