Create a 4 Column Report from a 2 column data

Good Day to all of you.

I created a report wherein I have 2 fields, Machine Model and Serial Number. when I created a form to enter the data it shows:

    Machine Model Serial Numbers
    FS6110 SN12345
    FS6110 SN12346
    FS455 SN12347
    FS455 SN12348
    FS355 SN12349

When I created a report to print, It was printed as shown above. So if there is a long list, a 2nd page will be created.

There is also a big space on the right side of the paper when printing. I was thinking of dividing the lines into 2 and that the printout should look like this:

Machine Model Serial Number Machine Model Serial Number
    FS6110 SN12345 FS455 SN12348
    FS6110 SN12346 FS355 SN12349
    FS455 SN12347

How can I make this to look like the above 2nd sample.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

use a query to bring the tables together and make your columns into a report table
query the final table to show them w/o gaps.

I forgot to mention that this is only in 1 table.

I tried the query suggested and arrange the report, what was printed on the left is the same in the right.

Can you please guide me on this.

    Thank you.

Have you tried setting the columns to 2 - in report design view, you'll find it under the page setup tab

depends on the desired view AFAIK. Multi-column only works in print preview? Will have to repeat column header labels across the top, which might look strange if the output is only one half of a page. A decent suggestion though.
