Query to look for change in a field

Every Monday I download data and append it into an Access database. This data contains a list of serial numbers and addresses. How can I create a query to look to see if the address of a serial number has changed?

BEFORE you add the data, link in the external data as a table.
make a select query, join the serial fields.
join your internal table to the external data to add,
bring in the SERIAL from both tables,
All items will show what will change.
