Having trouble linking Access tables

Background: We have an external online html database that tracks those who have received grant funding. Some of those grant recipients are also in the Access database that tracks books/authors.
GOAL: Reflect this information in the Access database thusly:


Achieving this goal: Ummmmm -- not so much.
1. Created tblGrantFunding to house project/grant titles in Access. The titles in this table successfully link from Access to Internet.

2. And herein lies the problem. Added another field to the frmBooks to track the grants each author has received. I’ve put together the tblGrantFunding, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to link it so the information flows into the Grant Title field on the form. The Grant Title form field MUST be hypertext so it links to the data source documenting the funding.

grant funding would be a subform (not a field)
the subform linked to the master form will allow multi grants per book.
But if the funding is to the author, then it should be a subform of the author.
