    All form pages except one disappeared when I tried to add a new field

    I added two new tables to the database: Grant Program and Grant Funding. Good thing I used a test file -- when I added the new fields the 2000 page form was reduced to one page. The remaining 1999 are missing.

    If I had to guess, the form is based on a query, and the joins in that query restrict the records to those that exist in all tables. Typically I'd have the form bound to a single table, and use subforms for related data.

    Ah -- a subform! I've been so busy populating the database I completely forgot about that option. I'll work on that now.
