About recordsets

I am having some trouble with recordsets. I have read several documents on them and still do not grasp many things about. Is
there a paper that explains them clearly. If so what is the link?

That is exactly what I have done, but I believe that someone with more knowledge than I have should have a better idea where the good literature is on this.
