You are right, some of the fields have little spaces " "
Is there anyway to ensure that they are not there?

You can try using the Trim() function in the report's source query.

I added a new field and now nothing works, I get #Type!

plus when Macro button is hit to save gives error 3021

Does anyone know what that could be?

I figured it out. I made sure the entire column of Merge is set to No, and issue fixed

The fields still would not shrink so I put everything in one textbox

    =([Addressee]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([Position]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([Organization Name]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([Address Line 1]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([Address Line 2]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & [City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zip Code]
