Duplicate data on printed form not seen in form or design view

I have a form that looks the way it should look in form/design view. But when I print it, it has duplicate data. The second "form" seems to have a slight blue background. I tried to delete the form data, but it just deletes and the form is blank. I have a subform on the main form, but moving it or other boxes just replicates any change(s) in both "forms". I have attached a printed picture. I know I must have done something to make this happen, but I cannot see what I did.Click image for larger version.

Most of us would recommend printing a report, not a form. You have a lot more control over everything. When you print a form, you get everything in it's record source, not just what you see on screen, which may be what's happening to you.

pbaldy, You are right, I made a report and it came out clean and was much easier to format. Thanks for your suggestion.

It looks like the RecordSource for the main form is set to cycle thru All Records and there is more than one record for Adrienne - ?
