Question Using the "I Will Type" option in a Lookup field which allows ticking off multiple checkboxes...

Using the "I Will Type" option in a Lookup field which allows checking of multiple answers, how do I get the results to sort in non-alphabetical order in the field itself in Datasheet view? Background: I am BRAND NEW to Access as of last week, so am teaching myself from books and the Help button. My project is the creation of a searchable database for a large organization's local group meetings. There are about 250 groups, many of which meet on multiple days. How do I get the days of the week (all entered in the same field, selected by Lookup checkboxes sourced from an "I Will Type" list) to sort into day-of-the-week order instead of alphabetically?

Please do not hesitate to ask for clarification, as I'm not confident in my ability to adequately express myself in Access-ese.

    Thank you!

you dont. Access provided this as a help.
The alphabet should not be a hindrance.

Use a query to pull multilple items.

Should I not use the same field for all the days of the week? Should I have a separate field for each day? I suppose for folks searching the list that might work out better...

Might not be ideal but what if you named your days: 1-Sunday, 2-Monday, etc.
