Showing info about each record i select

i have a form that contains a combox with all the projects available in the database, i need to show a tip besides the combo box to show all information about the project i selected , and i should be updatable.. Which means if i select project 1 from the list in the combo box it shows all data related to project 1 only

I think what you want is something like this in the combo afterupdate event

me.filter="ID=" & me.nameofcombo
me.filteron=true

this assumes that the bound column of your combo is the ID (primary key) for the projects. You have not provided names so substitute ID with the name of the primary key in your table
