Query for row level comparison

Hi




i have three tables. please refer the attachment.


I want 3 queries which will give me the data for all employees with a status as below based on the monthly changes


Query1 - for all customers where there is a Upgrade or downgrade based on column Plan and month (with current month and last month plan).
Query2 - for all customers where there is a increment of rental based on Rental column (with current month and last month rental)
Query3 - for all customers where there is a both Upgrade/downgrade and rental increment ((with current plan, rental and last month plan and rental)




if the plan is getting changed in upward direction as per table 2 and 3 then its upgrade and viceversa.
simillary if the plan is getting changed from table 2 to table 3 then its a upgrade.
