Question Running a query from one table to another table with personal information

I was given a database of just names (First, Last, Middle initial) and asked to find the cooresponding information in a separate database that contains name, address, phone, email, etc. My Access skills are novice at best. I was wondering the best way to take the names from Table A and search for the matching Name and information from Table B.

    For example:
I have info in Table A and want to use that to Find the info in Table B. Table A was made to look like Table B in every way minus the needed information.

    Table A Table B
Smith, John A Smith, John A 1234 Happy Street Los Angeles, CA
Smith, John A 345 Query Lane Oklahoma City OK
Smith, John B Smith, John B 5678 Access Road New York, NY

A starting point, or a next step would be most appreciated.

Names are the worst. Join first names, last names, city state.
then write the key from 1 table to the other so you know they match.
you may have to fix middle init.
then keep manipulating names until you can match all you can.

I'll start with the join and go from there. If I have any questions I'll reply back. Thanks for the help. Yes names are the worst, luckily my boss is ok with pulling all matching names and info from Table B.
