How to create a view based on username

I have an access app connected to sharepoint site, its a company intranet where each user has his own Microsoft online account & sharepoint site , Synced with his username, as there Is a create view as datasheet and filter column by me, the same way, how can I do it in access so that I would be able to create view in datasheet & add user as project manager. can any access & sharepoint expert please drop in your email id? so that in case if its not clear I can explain and get my problem solved.
