Data entry form for multiple tables

(I apologize in advance for my english since I'm not a native speaker.)

I am trying to set up a database for a clothing donation bin library for a charity and I'm struggling with a few basis. I've spend many hours trying to find a solution without success.

Basically, a location can have several bins and a bin can move to several location during its lifetime.
Also, we need to have the location address information as well as the contact information of the host, which can differ.

I think the best way to set up the database is to be able to create a data entry form to edit both the Bin table and the Location table at the same time to avoid mistakes and to be easier to manipulate. I tried to use the form with 2 subforms, but when I try to edit the data with a new Bin Number I get an error message and I cannot enter the information.

You dont really edit 2 tables at the same time,...just 1.
you can edit the main entry data table, then open feeder tables , like bin, or location to add records,
refresh the main form to get the new entries.
