Post Transfer CC, TO, Subject, Body from form to outlook

    Hi there,
I am new in this domain so please bare with me.

I created a form that looks exactly like a regular outlook new message form.
Is there any way I can transfer all the info from my form to the outlook message?
    My form contains these:

    to: email1; email2; email3
    cc: email4; email 4
Subject: The activities for Week...have been published.

    Body: Please be advised....

All the info is generated by pushing different command buttons: eg: me.textbox=....

So all the information is already in these text boxes. Is there any way I could have them transferred automatically to a new bulk e-mail in outlook?
Thank you and I apologize if question sounds stupid.

I have posted various information on how to "talk" to outlook from access, sending emails based on form contents, value lists and tables. Search through the forum section on inport/export data. See what you can find... and get back to me...
