Null parameter text in report title

Report has a title: "Work Completed Since:" then the parameter date is shown, e.g. "Work Completed Since 4/1/16"
But if the parameter is left blank, the text looks weird. It just says "Work Completed Since"

Is there a way to have the Title text be "Work Completed" if no parameter date is entered and then if the parameter date has been entered, show the title e.g. as "Work Completed Since 4/1/16"?

    Try using this:
    "Work Completed" & " Since " + YourDateField
The "+" concatenation character will propagate the null and drop the " Since " as well.
