Printing issue form a form (MS Access 2010)

When I print from a form after generating/calculating quotes, the print out(PDF) shows duplicate items on the PDF only for some items and not others. How do you prevent it from printing out duplicate records?

Basically the procedure to calculate pricing and listing the products (line items) is to click on the button (preview and calculate) on the purchase quote information screen, then you go to the quote menu and click the print PDF and save quote to archive. I think the query to set the property UNIQUE VALUES = YES will be the student quote query however I am not sure. I've attached the tables and queries list and also the quote menu and the purchase quote menu. Do you know which query I would make that change (set the property UNIQUE VALUES = YES) to when looking at the list of queries?

I did not create this database. So I do not know how to find a lot of information on here. I was wondering if anyone knows how to locate the corresponding query or table that calculates and prints the data. The issue I am having with the calculation is that it generates/prints out duplicate line items/records on the PDF form. I think it has to do with either the "print PDF and Save Quote to archive" button or the "preview and calculate" button. Can someone please look at the attachments and provide me with some ideas or solution to problem.
