Criteria syntax question

I figured out a solution/work around to my initial question. It seems that records were being left off because there was not a corresponding entry in the one of the tables that the query was pulling information from. So in turn it would leave off that entire record because one of the tables didn't have an entry.

I know that in trying to find a solution to this problem I was very forthcoming with the information that you all requested. Still, I appreciate all the help that was provided in this thread.

If you use the unmatched query wizard, you could get a list of these records.

Anyway, glad you have a workaround.
