Can Access open the same Database Twice?

If the database is in two places, can each one be opened on the same computer desktop?

You mean two copies of the same one? It should not cause any issues, since the lock file (.laccdb) is created in the same location as the database file.

The only problem might be trying to keep track of which one is which!

Well, okay, so it would be safe to open it twice on the same desktop. Okay, sounds good. Thank you for your response, John.
