After adding new record it doesn't show or sort without closing and oepening

I have a mutiple records form that shows all the records in the orders table. On that form I have a button that opens a form to add a new order and one that opens a form to edit the selected order. When I add a new record and save...I can't see it on the multiple records form until I close it and reopen the form. Also, when I use the form to edit the record and save, it makes the changes like I want but it doesn't sort the record according to the sort order. Again, when I close the multiple records form and reopen it resorts as it should. What can do that will make what ever happens when I close and reopen the multiple records form happen without closing and reopening it? I'm very new to all this.

you must click the REFRESH, or REFRESH ALL button on the menu bar.

Thank you. I added a refresh button to the multiple list form. That will work.
