Screen Flickering?

Hey, I was curious if anyone had an idea why my screen would be flickering on all of my forms as I roll the mouse over them, it's terrible. I have looked far and wide for an answer but cannot pin one down. Oddest thing is that it does NOT do it on my laptop, with the same front end running and everything. Could it be something hardware? I have made sure all drivers, etc. are updated. Any ideas? Link to this conundrum on video is here:

I tried that post awhile back, no luck. The labels ARE what makes it flicker, not all of the labels, just some of them, on all forms. Again, this doesn't happen on my laptop, or 3 other computers running the same exact version, so I am starting to think it's a hardware or driver issue? The computer it does it on is the most powerful computer I have, with a great video card etc, so I am at a loss. But I did try that link before, changing the them to windows classic doesn't stop it, it isn't as noticeable because of the different form background color, but it still does it. Also, I am using some labels as hyperlinks to forms from the main form, but it also flickers on SOME labels elsewhere that are just plain labels. It's got me stumped.

and then there is this... when I open this form it flickers uncontrollably until I click one of the command buttons, then it stops..see the video. And again thanks for all of your help!!

Any chance you have a Timer control running somewhere?

Not that I know of, what gets me is why not on another computer? Why just this one?

even if I remote desktop into my laptop in the other room and run the program on the laptop, it does not happen. Only when ran locally on this machine

There are even exact same copies running on computers that my business partners use, and none of them do it.

Sorry but I'm out of ideas.

A thought...turn off "hardware graphic acceleration" and see if that make any difference.

Tried, cannot mess with acceleration because I have a PCI-E graphics card. It will not let me in windows, if that is where you were referring to.. I will try to look around some more and see if I can find a solution. Thanks again for all of your help!
