Wierd resolution error

I am using a appointment calendar that I found somewhere on the net, can't remember where. I have been using this for some time and all of a sudden I started getting this screen resolution error. I windows resolution is set correct so I don't know what is happening here. I have attached a pic of the error and a copy of the appointment calendar.

Looking at the VBA, you will always get this message when you open the calendar form. I don't see how the program could have behaved differently before.
