Follow-Up Query

Hi Friends,



I am building a query where i need to calculate Total enquiry follow-ups done by a front office executive.

I have created three follow-ups till now and i have to capture that details.
I am capturing following column details:
Follow-up_Assigned ,Follow-up1_Duedate,Follow-up2_Duedate,Follow-up3_Duedate,Follow-up1 Remarks,Follow-up2 Remarks,Follow-up3 Remarks

Pls help me create this query because there is no field where i can do calculation.

Hi Friends,
Follow-up is being done for daycare and preschool enquiries.So we need to keep a track that how many followups are being done.In that also we need to know that how many enquiries went through 1st followup how many through second and likewise how many through third followup.Pls help me out
