    Question Generating excel reports with ms access vba


    I am attaching a database file containing a table and a report. My desire is that i want to generate a report in excel sheet exactly as shown in the report. Please be kind enough to help me with a vba code for such excel report. What i want is to group the data based on sap_month in excel sheet, then by sap_trans. Please help me

    That is a great report. I don't see the need to put it in excel. Excel if for data. It would never translate the same.
    Now, you can export the data to excel, but then youd have to format it all over again.
    Seems a waste of time for something you already have.

    ok. what i want is to save the reports in excel formats in relevant folders. again i am requesting for a helpful vba code to generate excel report, please
