generate excel reports formatted

i have attached an excel file with a tab by the name TABLE STRUCTURE IN MY DATABASE which has the table structure of my database in Access 2007. What i want is to generate excel report in the format in the next tab by the name REPORT IN FORMATTED VIEW with a main heading, emp retiredate as sub heading and corresponding recordset attached to the sub heading. Please anybody help me to write a code for this purpose.
