I am creating a database that will allow my organization to report on activities completed throughout the fiscal year. One of the features of the database I am making is a drop down list that allows the user to select multiple quarters during which they worked on a project. Whenever I create a report using the report wizard, it automatically creates multiple entries for each project and splits it up by quarter. Is there a way to make a report where it makes only one entry for each project, but still indicates that it was worked on in multiple quarters?
