when click login start progess bar

Hello every one.

I have a problem. What I need is when the user click "OK" to login that click also starts the progress bar and when the progress bar is complete it closes automatically. I have attached a copy of a sample file. When you open the file the login will pop up. I placed a button on the login form to open the progress bar. Then you have to push the button on the progress bar to get the progress bar to run. Like I said I need the progress bar to run when the user click "OK" to log on and then the progress bar close automatically when the bar is complete. If you need to login to the file.
