I have looked at your db and have no idea what you are asking. Which form are you referring to and which sub form? What do you want to happen? Please explain in clear simple English what you are trying to accomplish.

    Hi,

I was sorry for the short info and basically I am build up Employee Training db. I was planning to have 2 type of query to get employee training record which were by employee ID and by process.

Form ByID- source QueryByID - By entering employee ID, employee record would reflect into GeneralInfo tab and Metric List tab(ByIDSubform).

Form ByProcess- source from QueryByProcess - By choose Process from combo list, reocrd would reflect to ByProcessSubform

Form EmployeeDetail- source QueryEmployee - EmployeeDetailSubform does no appear blank since we use Form EmployeeDetail to add record.

Hopefully you could help to review my form and check what went wrong.

    appreciate everyone help.
