Updating A Table Based On A Field In Another Table, Access 2013

I want to add new data to table Advance Master using form advance received against BLI No. from table BLI master. However its updating the existing data not adding the new data. when I select the form to add the data its showing the previous data whereas I want the screen to be blank and only retrieve the BLI No. when I select the same from drop down. sample data attached.

I do not look at attachments. In general a form is bound to a table where one can add new data or edit existing data.

However in single form design (as opposed to continuous form) one can option the form property to be 'Add Data' and it will always open blank for just adding data to a table. This can be useful for when the user is not to see or be distracted by existing data.
