Export Query for Multiple Checkbox Fields and Corresponding Dates

Hi there,



I am creating an export query based on 5 checkbox fields, that have 5 corresponding checked date fields.

Essentially, once a user clicks on a checkbox, the onclick update is to put that days date into the corresponding checked date field.

I am running an export query to export any field that has a date on it in the last few weeks. So for the following:

Check_1 Date_1 Check_2 Date_2 Check_3 Date_3 Check_4 Date_4 Check_5 Date_5
ID1: X 17/02/2016
ID2: X 17/02/2016
ID3: X 17/02/2016 X 15/02/2016


I would want all three records to be parsed into the query, as at least 1 of the checkboxes for each has been ticked in the past few weeks. Originally I was doing this with one checkbox, and could easily put in criteria such as "Between Date() And Date()-14, but that obviously won't work beyond one criteria.

Any ideas?

My formatting messed up but ID1 has Check_1 ticked, ID2 has Check_2 ticked, and ID3 has Check_2 and Check_4 ticked
