Open new record as Report

Dear all,

Would like to check if it is possible to open a new record ID in a table as a Report. Just like Form it will open up a new ID once the code runs



For example : table has record ID from 001 to 005 but when a new report is open/created there will be a 006 added to the table

once the new record is created and saved, THEN you can open a report.

From the form that made the report,
