    Now that I see your db, my first thought is there sure should be an easier way to do this; but I cannot even begin to offer a suggestion without understand the db a lot better. BTW I copy&pasted both Table 2 and table 3 RW's. I know you know what you mean but for me you have to be *real* specific or I can get it wrong.

    That is something I was unable to do with Access 2010 64 bit on Win 10. I don't know if it is the newer version or I am doing something wrong! Probably my doing something wrong.

    I'll load my Access 2010 32 bit and see if there in any difference.

    Well phooey...I saw no difference with Access 2010. Copies and Pastes reports just fine. Have we tried a Repair Install of your Access 2010 yet?
