    Need Held how to produce this output on my report

    Need help i want a report that would look like this please help

    Shift
    StaffName Delivery Dubbing Playout
    0600 Andrew 3 2 1

    and my query form looks like this

    Use the query wizard and build a count qry
    it will ask you how you want it laid out.
    grouping and counting

    Count query would be an aggregate (GROUP BY) Totals query. Click the Totals button on ribbon and set parameters in the Totals row. Result like:

    SELECT Shift, StaffName, Count(Delivery) AS CountOfDelivery, Count(Dubbing) AS CountOfDubbing, Count(Playout) AS CountOfPlayout
    FROM tablename
    GROUP BY Shift, StaffName;
