    Question Link query to excel

    Dear All,

I wish to link the query to excel.
I successfully export it to the excel, however i think it would be a repeating step for me to export the data everytime when i need an updated info.
Moreover, i think the data will be duplicated in excel.

Please advice how to link it.

    Thanks,
    Charles

not clear what you are asking

do you mean in excel, link to the access query - in which case go to the data tab, click on connections and follow the prompts to add a new connection

    or

in access, link to excel - in which case go to External data ta, select excel and follow the prompts to create a linked table
