Glad to hear things are going well.

When I first started using Lucid Chart, it was not extremely obvious how to navigate through the many options. From the Documents area, when you first log in, be sure to take advantage of the option to add new folders. Also, when adding a new Document, be sure to use the little 'down arrow' to pull from templates and use the Categories option on the right side of the Templates dialog box. The idea is, when using the designer, you want the side bar to provide the correct tools. So I will typically close the Flowchart panel and make sure the Entity Relationships panel is open. Use the 'More Shapes' options in the lower left of the Designer Window to manage which panels (tools) are displayed in the side bar.

Great advice. I was already cursing it a little bit! Thanks for the tips.
