real time clock

I need a real time clock for my access database. and also i need a feature that tells me the last update time of another field?



And can i edit the way date it shown for example it shows "13 MAY 2010" i only want it 2 show only the date not the month or the year?

I know its more then one thing but i would really apritiate you help...

Just did a script that dose real time count in access 2007, so if anyone need, im here 2 help. still need help with the other stuff.
