Import Report in MS Access to Excel with all the same format and logos

they have prepared a log for all invoices in excel. I am trying to move this log to access and still they want this in Excel.

I have formatted the report in MS Access to look the same in Excel. How can I export the report to Excel with all the logos, headers and data and still look the same as in MS Access.

    Thank you in advance.

    Trident.

The export feature is data only; and does not involve format/logo properties of the excel object.

What you need to look into is linking. With linking you can have an excel (with whatever logos & format) that links to an Access table/query.

    Thank you Mr. NTC.

The problem with linking a table/query is that if somebody opens this in access you can not open the same database. This is the reason why I want this to be transferred to ms access. you can open simultaneously if this is in access and enter data at the same time.

but your assistance is a great help. need to go back the drawing board and re-think the database.

    Thank you again.

A multi user database should be split into front and back files. Put the query that is used as the source for the excel link into the back file.... and link to that. There should be no problem with others using the database via the front file at the same time.
