How to recall information previously entered

I have set up a form where a customer is pulled up and then you enter information about an incident in the subform. The problem is, I cannot recall that information under the customer after it is entered. I have seen this done in other forms.

It sounds like your sub form has been optioned for property Data Entry .... this means it always opens to a new blank record for Data Entry....change that to No

it is a form property; when the form (sub form in this case) is in design view one works with the property sheet - it is one of the options.....

In Form Design View, go to Properties - Data - Data Entry
