Upload an export to an FTP - Simple version

Hey guys,


I'm trying to add a blurb in my code that exports a query as a csv to an FTP server. I found this:

It involves batch files and all that jazz. It's a bit over my head. Is there a simpler way to accomplish this? user/pass are always the same, filename will change, but I can handle that part.

I'm on Access 2003.
