Show multiple column's date in one column.

Hopefuly, the title describes what I want to do - I have numerous coluns of date from various tables with a DB.

    As pictured,

But I wish to have one culumn which shows the data from all the Post Code columns, just seperated by commas?

You could build a query and concatenate the values within the various columns. Create a new column by typing text similar to the following in a new field within the grid of the query designer.
    MyAlias: [CountyP1] & ", " & [CountyP2] & ", " & [CountyP3]

Unless we aren't seeing the full content of each field, separating comma appears to already be in the data so just need the space.

    MyAlias: [CountyP1] & " " & [CountyP2] & " " & [CountyP3]
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
