    how to display multiple identical records with dis-similar attributes in a report

    Hello;

    I hope the title was not too cryptic. I am having a problem designing a report that has multiple data entries that are the same but have different attributes. E.g. movie names in different formats. Is there a way to display the movie name only once but indicate the different formats on one line. Right now I am obliged to print many pages for a complete report. I would like to minimize the paper.

    Thank you

    Have you tried using the Wizard to create a report? I would start by building and saving a Query Object. When you create a new report via the Wizard, use the Query as your report's RecordSource. You may have already tried all of this. Just consider the Wizard's prompts as you go through the steps. In the end, you want multiple Grouping and Sorting options.
