eliminating duplicate values and summing up totals from query result.....HELP!

    Hello all,

Im stumped. I ran a query that returned multiple values (same). I need a way to only result in one name pulling up while adding the values for that person....? See below:

I basically want this table to have one name with the percentages totaled up together as a single row. Hopefully I make sense

    Options:

    1. aggregate GROUP BY (Totals) query - use the query builder

    2. build report and use Sorting & Grouping features with aggregate calcs in group header/footer sections

This is all basic Access functionality.
