Access VBA Code for separating data Please

There are duplicated items under each column, what I need is to do is separating items under [Description] column and put the same items with their rows into a query, and the other same ones into other separate queries.

Don't understand what you want.

What do you mean by 'separating items under Description'? Provide example source data and desired output.
