Update mu access database

hello every body:
i have a pharmacy program this program is depend of access database it contain products list and its prices our ministry of health update the price of this products and give us this list as access file can i use this file to update my database
note:
the product name is not the same in the tow files
example:
in our file : paracetamol sachet
in MOH file : paracetamol 500 mg

and the tow files contain different form of the same products
example"
paracetamol tablets
paracetamol syrup

or
different strength


example :
paracetamol 500 mg
paracetamol 1000 mg

Hi,

you can automatically update when there is a matching field , like a product number that's the same in your database and the government list for the same product.
