Want to update a table with the data calculated from specific queries

Hi,

I have an specific table mentioned below I want to update that table with the data calculated from different queries.
Please help!!

ID	Discovery	Indiacast	MSM Media	Star TV	Zee TV	Set India
1st Week	21	11	23	21	18	19
2nd Week	12	15	16	15	17	11
3rd Week	10	11	17	10	20	23

Some how I managed to achieve what I wanted.
But I had to use 4 different update queries to update data in the mentioned table.
