    Report Formatting Page help

I have an Access 2010 Report with a Group Header and Group Footer. The report spans 2 pages but the group header prints at the bottom of page 1 and the group footer prints on page 2. The report format is a summary that has the group identity information in the group header the detail section is Not Visible it does the calculations that are displayed in the group footer. There are 4 Groups per Report but the header for the last group prints on page 1 while the footer prints on page 2. I've tried resizing the space for the footer to push the header onto page 2 but that results in the 3rd group header printing on page 1 and the 3rd group footer printing on page 2 with the 4th group. I've no clue how to resolve this.

Would have to review report design. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Unfortunately I'm unable to provide the DB. There is Proprietary Information in the DB that cannot be shared nor removed.

Can't make copy of db and remove confidential info?

Maybe setting ForceNewPage property will help.

Unless someone else here has a better crystal ball, your only options are to keep at it until you figure out the issue or pay a consultant to come on-site.

Thanks, I could remove the confidential info but was told by my boss that I wasn't allowed to.

Why would boss care about a copy of the db that has no confidential info? Sometimes bosses just get in the way!! Glad mine is not a micro-manager.
