Print Preview cuts off label boxes that look fine in Design view

Hello,


I am continually running into the problem that a label box in design view that looks like it has plenty of space allocated for it will be cut off in print-preview.

This is a problem when I am trying to closely edit material to fit on one page of a report and it looks fine in design view.

I would appreciate any suggestions of how to solve this!

Design view doesnt matter, thats why they have a preview....adjust the design to fit.
(did you take in to account for margins?)

Look on the right and see how far your controls are compared to the ruler. I usually just set my design view 'boundaries' at 8" and I have enough room for the marginal cut offs. You can also adjust your margins in the ribbon on top. Page Setup -> Margins dropdown.
